We work in one-week sprints. Monday we agree the goals, Friday at 5 PM you get a demo and the changes go live. A first version is usually live in 2 to 6 weeks.

- Measure, then decide
- Every launch ships with analytics events. Next week's priorities come from what users did, not from opinions.
